Builderlog ("we", "us") publishes honest build logs at builderlog.net. This page explains what data is collected when you visit and how it is used. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

• Analytics — We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (page views, rough location, device type). This data is anonymized and never tied to your identity.
• View counts — Each post has a simple counter stored in Cloudflare KV. It records a number, not who you are.
• Server logs — Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard access logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for names, emails, or accounts. There is no signup and no newsletter gate.

Cookies & advertising

Builderlog displays ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits.
