Not another happy path.
A replay-safe contract.

Turn one operational bottleneck into up to three connected n8n workflows with a versioned input contract, persistent replay state, reviewer evidence that reaches the final receipt, fault tests, and a buyer-runnable verification command.

  • 3 connected workflows max
  • 7+ fault and acceptance cases
  • 1 reproducible proof receipt
  • 0 credentials collected

DONE WITH YOU · ONE SLOT

$799

Builderlog adapts the contract for one real process and delivers up to three connected workflows, buyer-specific fault cases, receipts, and an operating runbook after redacted intake.

Start with $19 if you already build in n8n. Choose $799 only when you want the contract adapted to one specific process. Neither option requires credentials or customer data.

GOOD FIT

A process with handoffs—not three unrelated ideas.

✓ One primary outcome and a documented input

✓ Up to three connected n8n workflows

✓ Up to three external services

✓ Anonymous examples that cover valid, invalid, duplicate, and spoofed-approval inputs

✓ Credentials connected by the buyer after delivery

DELIVERY PACKET

Operate the files. Audit the evidence.

01

Versioned contract

An allowlisted input schema, configuration boundary, primary outcome, and fields that public callers are never allowed to control.

02

Import-ready JSON

Up to three connected n8n workflow files for the confirmed process.

03

Replay state

A real state adapter and duplicate receipt—not an idempotency key that is calculated and then forgotten.

04

Auditable review

Approval fields from public intake are stripped. Trusted reviewer alias, channel, and timestamp persist into the final receipt.

05

Fault matrix

At least seven valid, invalid, replay, state-failure, trusted-review, and authority-spoof cases with observable expected results.

06

Self-check + runbook

A buyer-runnable verification command, artifact hashes, import steps, state-store choice, recovery actions, and topology notes.

CURRENT N8N EDGE

The state adapter matches the operating tier.

Portable: Data Table replay ledger for light/moderate, low-concurrency work.

Concurrent: database unique key and atomic insert/upsert when identical events can race.

Scaled: queue-mode and external task-runner readiness notes when the buyer already runs that topology.

AI-assisted: evaluation datasets and trusted human-review timestamps where the workflow uses AI decisions or tools.

HARD BOUNDARY

No passwords. No production dump. No vague rebuild.

Builderlog does not collect passwords, API keys, private customer data, or production account access. The sprint excludes contact scraping, unsolicited outreach, Terms-of-Service bypasses, production migrations, ongoing monitoring, custom front-end applications, and open-ended consulting.

CLOCK + REFUND

The timer starts on evidence, not checkout.

Scope mismatch: refunded before work starts.

72-hour start: written scope and complete anonymous samples confirmed.

Buyer delay: delivery clock pauses until missing intake arrives.

Seven-day guarantee: covers failure to deliver the listed fixed-scope artifacts.

EVIDENCE BEFORE PAYMENT

No customer result is invented here.

Download Builderlog Reliability Contract Pack v2.3: three workflows accepted by the n8n 2.31.0 beta-line CLI importer, an atomic PostgreSQL replay reference, two native evaluation fixtures, and eleven workflow/topology cases. The zero-dependency verifier currently passes 41/41 checks and 11/11 cases. npm's stable line was 2.30.7 at the latest check, and stable-line import acceptance is not claimed. It is a reference—not a paid customer case study.

REDACTED SCOPE INTAKE

Describe the process without exposing the business.

Do not submit passwords, tokens, customer data, private URLs, or production exports. A public messenger handle and an anonymous process description are enough for the first scope decision.

FAQ

Before checkout

What counts as one process?

One operational outcome with a shared input contract. It may branch into up to three connected workflows, but it cannot be three unrelated projects.

Do you need production access?

No. Builderlog uses redacted exports and anonymous samples. You connect credentials in your own n8n environment after delivery.

When does the 72-hour clock start?

After the written scope, primary outcome, involved services, and complete anonymous samples are confirmed. Buyer-caused intake delays pause the clock.

What if the request does not fit?

Builderlog refunds the purchase before work starts. The seven-day guarantee also covers failure to deliver the listed fixed-scope artifacts.

What is excluded?

Contact scraping, unsolicited outreach, Terms-of-Service bypasses, production migrations, ongoing account management, custom front-end apps, and open-ended consulting.
