Catalog and MCP

Only prompts under licenses that allow redistribution (CC0 · MIT · CC BY 4.0 · official doc examples) are bundled in prompts/dex-lite.json, each with its license and source. Attach dex-mcp and the agent searches it with search_prompts, get_prompt, random_prompt.
