BUILDERLOGAI EXECUTION LAB
PUBLIC SCOPE REFERENCE · CUSTOM DELIVERY CLOSED

One defined outcome.
One reviewable system.

This page preserves the boundary for four execution tracks. Builderlog is not currently accepting paid custom delivery. The instant-download Agency Edition turns the same boundaries into a reusable client operating system.

CHOOSE EXACTLY ONE TRACK

Not an open-ended development contract.

TRACK A

Digital Product Pack

One buyer-ready download, compact sales page, buyer-owned checkout or waitlist connection, three factual launch drafts, and delivery receipt.

TRACK B

Research-to-Decision Pack

One decision question, up to ten direct public sources, a source map, comparison, decision memo, prioritized action plan, and uncertainty notes. See the fixed Track B scope →

TRACK C

Content Operating Pack

One canonical source brief, up to five publish-ready text or production-brief assets, a claim/privacy check, production checklist, and reuse plan.

TRACK D · RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

Workflow Pilot Pack

One recurring workflow mapped into a reversible pilot: baseline, owner, SOP, up to three templates, privacy and human-review gates, synthetic dry run, 14-day measurement ledger, and decision receipt.

WHY A PILOT, NOT ANOTHER TOOL LIST

Implementation gaps are a workflow problem.

Current small-business research points to time, skills, cost, maintenance, governance, and implementation knowledge as persistent barriers. Track D turns one recurring process into a bounded, reviewable pilot without assuming that a new subscription or custom application is the answer.

Start with the business function

Map one trigger, input, output, owner, baseline, and exception path before selecting a method.

Keep a human decision gate

Every output remains reviewable and reversible before any external action.

Measure before scaling

The delivery includes a 14-day ledger and keep, revise, expand, or stop decision receipt—not a projected ROI claim.

PUBLIC DELIVERY PROOF

Do not buy the promise before you inspect the files.

The free five-file demonstration shows all four delivery shapes: a source map and decision memo, one canonical content brief with three drafts, a digital-product specification with acceptance checks, an operations SOP with exception paths, and a delivery receipt. It is self-initiated demonstration work—not a fictional client case or a performance claim.

THE BOUNDARY IS THE PRODUCT

Small enough to finish. Concrete enough to inspect.

Written scope first

The track, artifacts, sources, acceptance checks, exclusions, and clock start are confirmed before production.

Acceptance evidence

Delivery includes files or URLs, check results, source/date notes, known limitations, and buyer actions required.

Privacy-safe handoff

Use aliases, public sources, redacted inputs, synthetic examples, and buyer-owned destinations. Production account access is not required.

No passwords, private keys, payment details, customer lists, identity documents, private messages, regulated data, or production credentials. No medical, legal, financial, deceptive, credential-harvesting, or platform-rule-violating work.
DELIBERATE EXCLUSIONS

One track cannot expand into every kind of work.

No combined mega-scope

Tracks cannot be combined. Ongoing consulting, daily operation, maintenance, monitoring, and unlimited revisions are excluded.

No production access

Custom software, native apps, production automation, account login, credential handling, paid media, and custom payment processing are excluded.

No invented result

No guaranteed traffic, ranking, customers, sales, revenue, funding, or product-market fit. One delivery proves only that the agreed artifacts were delivered.
